More than slow motion

Analysis with a clinical purpose

Video is useful when it helps answer a specific question. Peter combines footage with your history, symptoms, strength, mobility, training load and goals.

The aim is not to force everyone into one ideal style. It is to identify practical changes that may improve comfort, confidence or performance.

  • Running and walking observation
  • Side-by-side and slow-motion review
  • Relevant strength and mobility assessment
  • Training-load and footwear discussion
  • Clear priorities for technique and rehabilitation

The session

From question to practical action

2

4

Recurring symptoms

Performance questions

Questions

Before booking analysis

Do I need to be injured?

No. Analysis can support return-to-running decisions, technique questions and training planning as well as pain-related assessment.

Can this be completed online?

Yes, when suitable video can be captured and submitted. An online session can combine footage review with guided movement tests.

Will you change my running style?

Only when a change has a clear reason and can be tested. The goal is not to make every runner look the same.

What should I bring?

Bring your usual running shoes, comfortable clothing and any relevant training data, reports or previous footage.

Bring clarity to your running question
